Urbanobox.com is an online store operating in the digital commerce sector (E-Commerce). The Urbanobox brand and all advertising material produced, such as texts, photos, and videos, as well as any other content created by or for Urbanobox, are the exclusive property of Urbanobox, which holds all related intellectual property rights.
These Terms of Service establish the rules and conditions, including the rights and duties of the Customers and Users of the site (referred to below as “Customer,” in the singular or plural) when using the site, registering, or making any transaction on our site.
Therefore, before using or registering on the site or before making any transaction, the Customer understands and agrees that they have read these Terms and the policies of Urbanobox.com in full and agree with their content.
If you do not agree with any provision of these terms and policies, you should not register, use, or make any transaction on our site.
Together with other policies, the Terms of Service regulate the relationship between Customers and Urbanobox, without which the Customer cannot interact with Urbanobox.

Services
Urbanobox keeps the Urbanobox.com site available to its Customers for the purchase of Urbanobox products. The Urbanobox brand and all advertising material produced, such as texts, photos, and videos, as well as any other content created by or for Urbanobox, are the exclusive property of Urbanobox, which holds all related intellectual property rights.
On the site, the Customer will have access to selected products, with a technical description and complete details of the products, resulting from a rigorous process of supplier and product selection.
If the Customer chooses to purchase a product, the process will work as follows:
The Customer accesses our site Urbanobox.com, registers, and purchases a product. Once the purchase is confirmed and the payment is processed, our Urbanobox.com team will process the order and send the product directly from our stock to the address registered by the Customer. The shipping time is 2-5 business days from the payment confirmation. This period includes order separation, packaging, and collection by the carrier.
Shipping of Products
The delivery time for the Products is informed during the purchase process, being counted in business days, unless expressly stated otherwise on the Product sale page.
The start of the delivery period is counted from:
Purchases paid by credit card: from the verification of registration data and confirmation of payment by the card issuer. Purchases paid by bank slip: from the confirmation of payment by the bank. The confirmation is carried out within up to three business days from the payment. Purchases paid by Pix or debit account: the delivery period is considered from the confirmation of payment by the bank. Product deliveries are carried out according to the operations of the Postal Service/Carrier. Generally, from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 10 pm. Exceptionally, some product deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Up to three delivery attempts will be made to the address provided by the Customer, according to the Postal Service procedure. It is essential that there is an authorized person by the buyer at the given address, over 18 years old and responsible, with identification to receive the merchandise and sign the delivery protocol.
If the three delivery attempts are made without success, the Customer understands and agrees that the product will return to our Distribution Center, and it will not be possible to refund the product or shipping value, except in cases where the refund is accepted by Urbanobox.
The delivery shipping cost is calculated based on the delivery location, weight, and dimensions of the Product.
Confidentiality and Privacy
All personal data processing, that is, the collection, use, or sharing of data, among other activities, will be carried out by Urbanobox according to its Privacy Policy and the provisions of the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709, of August 14, 2018).
The Customer understands and agrees that to use the services offered, they must provide their registration and address data for registration on other partner platforms of Urbanobox.com, which are essential for the service provision, such as Shopify, Yampi, Appmax, and other order and payment processing companies.
Purchase Guarantee
The Customer has the Customer Service (SAC) to address their questions, solve any requests or complaints about their order or any content available on our site Urbanobox.com. The SAC can be contacted via email at support@urbanobox.com.
If the Customer wishes to address a completed purchase, they must provide the order number and the respective Product they would like to discuss with our team.
