We understand that this can happen and we are here to reassure you. To receive the purchase, the new resident will need to accept the delivery on your behalf. In this case, unlike when the recipient is absent (where there are three delivery attempts), if the mail carrier is informed that the recipient has moved, the purchase will be returned to the sender. Therefore, we ask that you track the progress of your purchase with your tracking number. If the purchase is returned to the sender due to the recipient’s move, and if we are still within the delivery timeframe, the product will need to be returned to our warehouse and an additional shipping fee will be charged for resending the merchandise.’
In general, an order is processed on the same day. Therefore, you have up to 24 hours to contact us if you want to modify or cancel it. Please email us at support@urbanobox.com as soon as possible. Please note that once an order has been delivered, it can only be returned rather than canceled. Therefore, address changes and cancellations are not guaranteed, depending on the actual situation.
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
On our website, Urbanobox.com, all taxes are included in the product price. This means you won’t have to worry about additional tax costs upon delivery. Please note that all purchases delivered to the European Union (EU) include VAT (Value Added Tax) in the final product price.

When placing an order, please provide a complete and correct delivery address, including recipient’s name, company name, apartment number, floor number, street name, and a valid phone number. Urbanobox will NOT be responsible for any lost packages due to incorrect delivery addresses provided.
Which carrier will ship my order?
We currently offer two shipping methods: Registered Airmail and DHL Express. Registered Airmail is free of charge, providing a reliable and cost-effective delivery option. For faster delivery, you can choose DHL Express, which incurs an additional fee.
