Please note that the shipping guide below is for reference purposes only. The actual shipping period may vary depending on holidays, customs, and circumstantial factors. Customers will be notified about the shipping status via email once the shipment has been dispatched and can also track their orders through the Order Status.
1. Shipping Time and Warehouse
Urbanobox ships products using multiple methods. We recommend certain delivery methods for different products, based on weight or size, to give our customers the most reliable and competitive prices available. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China.
All orders are subject to a processing period of 24 hours before shipment. Urbanobox uses the best carriers in the market, but we cannot offer same-day shipping or guarantee overnight or 2-day delivery.
The delivery time mentioned in the guide below does not include the order processing time.
We offer two different shipping methods: Registered Airmail and DHL Express. The respective shipping times are:
Registered Airmail: Can reach most countries and may take up to 10 business days for delivery.
DHL Express: Takes 5 to 10 business days for delivery. DHL is faster but also more expensive. If you choose DHL, it means you accept to go through customs if the package gets held there.
2. How Much Does Shipping Cost?
The price depends on the product’s weight, origin, destination, shipping method, and other considerations. Detailed pricing information is visible when placing an order.
*Currently, we can only accept orders and ship within the regions listed on the Orders page.
*Please note that delivery may be delayed on weekends and holidays. (If there is a holiday, DHL Logistics may need to express the deposit, which can waste 4 to 5 business days. This is a force majeure factor, which is accepted by both parties by default.)
3. How to Expedite Your Order Shipping
Please fill in the complete delivery address, including the recipient’s name, company name, apartment number, floor number, street name, and valid phone number to avoid delays or lost packages. If the package is lost due to subjective reasons, such as address failure, Urbanobox cannot be held responsible.
We use a third-party address verification system, so enter your address information exactly as it appears on your credit card bill. Incorrect information may cause delays in processing or shipping your order.
If your order is returned to Urbanobox as undeliverable by our shipping partners, you will need to place a new order. Contact Customer Support to resolve your payment issue at support@urbanobox.com.
Save time and avoid frustration by entering address information in the appropriate boxes and double-checking for typos and other errors.
4. About Customs Duty
Taxes may be applied to imported goods/services and are regulated by the country’s law. Urbanobox is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied by country. Please contact your local customs for clarification and information.
If the package cannot be delivered or is returned normally because the buyer does not cooperate with customs clearance/payment of customs fees, the refund will not be processed if the buyer does not complete customs clearance. Buyers will not be able to receive the product nor refund the final amount.
*For EU Taxes
As of July 1, 2021, Urbanobox will generally need to charge VAT on sales of products delivered to EU consumers, including circumstances where the products are delivered from outside the EU with an order value of up to EUR 150, or when the products are shipped from within the EU where the seller is established outside the EU.

5. Non-Refundable Shipping
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees cover services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if an item is returned for any reason.
Shipping and Delivery
The products available in our store are shipped directly from our distribution center to the address provided at the time of purchase, and delivery takes between 7 to 15 business days (after the product is posted), depending on the location. The product is shipped within 24 hours after payment confirmation in our system.
It is important to note that orders placed via bank slip take 1 to 3 business days for payment confirmation in our system.
After shipping, we provide a tracking code for the customer to monitor the progress of their order delivery.
The store guarantees the delivery of the order. We are responsible for refunding the full amount paid for products that are lost or damaged during the delivery process. All products are posted with insurance against loss and with free internet tracking, ensuring your product’s delivery is 100% guaranteed.
Insured Shipping
If the product is delayed and not delivered on time, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Note: You may receive more than one package, as your products may come from different suppliers. So if you receive one product first and then another, rest assured that this is completely normal.
Order Tracking
The products will be shipped via postal service or carrier, and there will always be a tracking code that allows the customer to monitor the delivery progress.
Important: The tracking code may take up to 48 hours to start showing shipping information on the postal service’s website.
